Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

Returns are only accepted for size issues, wrong items delivered, or defective products.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective.

Ship the item back to us through a courier service (details will be shared).
💰 Refunds

Since we operate primarily on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued as store credit or adjusted against your next purchase.

Prepaid orders (if applicable) may be refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Worn, washed, or altered clothing.

Items without original tags/packaging.

Sale/clearance products (unless defective).
