• Please note: During peak seasons, sales, or public holidays, delivery may take a little longer.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email. You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available nationwide.

• Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

🚫 Undelivered Packages

If your parcel is undelivered due to incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery will require additional shipping charges.

• Insha Wear is not responsible for courier delays due to strikes, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Orders marked as “In Transit” are still pending and considered complete only after delivery and payment collection.
